Please read all terms and conditions before committing.
Terms of Service
PENNY'S POO PAWTROL is division of Hoosier Trauma 365 LLC that provides pet-waste removal services to residences and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility,
and other unknown outside influences.
PENNY'S POO PAWTROL WILL pre bill monthly for our service. Your account will be charged
on the 1st of the month for service. We will invoice you via email or text with your payment amount. The bill will have a 5 day grace period and then a late fee of $10.00 will be applied. If you fail to pay after 3 weeks, your service will be suspended until the invoice is paid. Once the invoice is up to date, service will be restored. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service
immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since
your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service
for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be
removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has
been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours.
BILLING
ACCESS TO YOUR YARD
ALL PETS MUST BE OUT OF THE YARD AT THE TIME OF CLEANING! We will send a text message 60 min before we arrive so you have enough time to house your pet. Customer MUST respond to the text acknowledging they received and understood we are arriving. If no response of text message within the 60 min we will skip your yard that week. The customer understands that if any member of PENNY'S POO PAWTROL can’t access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped until the next week and the customer will be notified. Charges will still apply. We suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
SAFETY OF CREW & PETS
For the safety of the PENNY'S POO PAWTROL possee, all pets must be put safely away before we arrive. All doggy doors must be closed. We do not want to be bitten or have to make a report.. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If your pet gets out we will immediately stop operations, and your yard will be skipped and membership possibly canceled. Your pet is your responsibility. All members of the PENNY'S POO PAWTROL posse will have access to pepper spray and will use it if they feel threatened.
WEATHER
The PENNY'S POO PAWTROL posse will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.
PENNY'S POO PAWTROL is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week for double doody. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week.
Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
MISSED DOODY
The PENNY'S POO PAWTROL posse will always clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that
maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible.
HOLIDAYS
The PENNY'S POO PAWTROL posse does not operate during holidays. If your cleaning is scheduled on a day that falls on a holiday, it will be skipped and resume the following week. No refunds will be provided.
PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you on our sites or through any other digitalor personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.
We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for PENNY'S POO PAWTROL use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.
We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
Cancelation Policy
Welcome to our subscription services! Enjoy the flexibility of canceling your new subscription after just 2 weeks for any reason. If you're using our bucket service, feel free to cancel anytime you wish. Your satisfaction is our priority!
